Admissions

We accept applications for new students two (2) years in advance of attendance. If you are interested in our school, please call to set up a tour of our facility and meet with the director. This is the best way to discover if Kids on the Hill will meet your goals for a positive preschool experience for your child. To be considered for admission, fill out a preschool application form, with a nonrefundable $50.00 fee, and mail it to our office. The order in which the forms are received determines your place on our admission list.

All children attending Kids on the Hill must be physically and emotionally ready to start a preschool program. All efforts will be made to help your child through any adjustment period. Many children have difficulty in adjusting to a new situation. We will work with parents and children to help them overcome any fears or reservations about attending preschool. Kids on the Hill maintains constant communication with parents during this time. Some children show by their behavior and actions that they may not be ready for a preschool program. If this is the case a meeting will be set up with the director to discuss solutions.

Tuition

There are two options for tuition payments: monthly, or yearly. All payment plans are based on the annual school year from September through mid-June (summer programs are available for additional fees).

• Monthly Payment Statement. The statement for families billed monthly is due one month in advance. Statements are delivered by the 25th of the month and payment is due by the first of the month immediately preceding your child's enrollment. Payments not received by the 5th of each month are subject to a $25.00 late fee. During a school vacation tuition must be turned in or mailed to the school by the 1st of the month
• Annual Payment. Annual payment is an option of you would like to make only one payment during the school year. Full payment is due by August 1st.
• Siblings - Full tuition is expected for the sibling enrolled paying the higher tuition. A 10% discount is granted to the sibling paying the lower tuition. Only one child per family receives a discout.
